The plastic used on the keys and wire may feel cheap. But I think for the price the quality is good. Plus works really well and good key travel.

I have purchased several of these keyboards in different sizes, and I have finally learned my lesson that despite the great form factor, nice design and excellent feel of the keys, they will fail rapidly and frustratingly. For a while I put up with the fact that some keys often double-type and others often require multiple presses to type at all, but as the problems get worse ultimately I give up. I would *love* these keyboards, and happily pay somewhat more for them if they only were reliable.

Look’s very nice. But the feeling of key stroking is bad. It’s not clear whether the keys are pushed enough. The worst and most important thing is the keys are double typed for one pushing often. When you typing more fast, it happens more often. The manufacturer have to fix it (better recall).

Its a wired usb keyboard. which is great for me because I do not have to deal with bluetooth hiccups, or with batteries that die in the middle of a deadline. Its a comfortable keyboard to type on. And looks stylish if thats important to you.

I bought this keyboard to replace a bluetooth wireless keyboard that I had. The problem with the previous keyboard was after starting up my MacBook Pro, I had to wait for the bluetooth keyboard to connect before being able to enter my password at the login screen. With this keyboard, it’s no longer a problem. Aside from that, the keyboard feels great while typing. There is some noise while typing but not as bad as from the ‘butterfly’ keyboards on some Apple laptops.

I recommend this keyboard over the Apple keyboards because of the inverted-T arrow keys. It’s nicely made and the amount of travel on the keys feels great. My only reservations is the height of the keyboard. The top of the aluminum chassis for is just a little bit taller than the top of the keys on the Apple keyboards. With the additional height of the keys on the Matias, you are going to notice some differences if you are used to an Apple keyboard without a wrist rest.
