Look’s very nice. But the feeling of key stroking is bad. It’s not clear whether the keys are pushed enough. The worst and most important thing is the keys are double typed for one pushing often. When you typing more fast, it happens more often. The manufacturer have to fix it (better recall).

Great size and perfect shape for a tenkeyless keyboard, but some buttons don’t work as expected, have to click them harder to actually press the button. Basically cheap mechanics…

I bought this looking for a nice scissor mech keyboard to replace my increasingly dodgy and aging Apple Al keyboard. And I wanted the TKL form factor since I’ve come to (finally) realize that I almost never use the number pad. This keyboard is ok. I’d probably give it a 3.5 out of 5.0 rating. Typing isn’t bad but you almost always have to bottom out the keys to get a char to show. You can’t rely on feeling the ‘bump’ of the keystroke to get your words out. If you are a lighter typist or if you’re odd like me and like the MBP butterfly keys then this will take some adjustment. I’ve since decided that I want to *gulp* enter the mechanical keyboard rabbit hole since my other keyboard has Cherry MX Browns and I kinda like it but I’m not completely sold on that switch type. Perhaps this will give you an idea of where I’m coming from. For $50 this isn’t too far off the mark of the Apple Al keyboard of old but the keys definitely don’t have the same feel. Not really worse, just different. At the very least it’s worth a punt at $50. If you want a better feeling keyboard you’re just going to have to enter the $100 range for improvements. Anything that would improve this? Make the switches register a key press without having to bottom-out, perhaps. The only other change I’d want would require an industry-wide sea-change: swap left Ctrl and Caps Lock to put Ctrl in it’s rightful place to the left of the ‘A’ key. But that’s what modmaps are for.

Like many of us, I was forced to work from home due to the COVID-19 outbreak. I had a look for a non-mechanical tenkeyless keyboard for my desk. Why? – I have a small desk and I desire a quiet operation. Fortunately, I found this keyboard. Advantages: – compact – comfort aluminum surface – convenient location for fn key. – convenient location of USB ports. Perfectly for a wireless mouse, flash drive, or YubiKey. Disadvantages: – price. – only black is available for PC style. – some keys a little bit sagged in the upper row. (prt scr) Scrolling wheel: It is not clear for me, why it is assigned to volume control while there are fn very close to it. I can understand if there is a keyboard’s backlight control. But this modification without backlight. In general, I’m happy with this purchase.
