Worked as intended! Helped me to quickly chisel our failing mortar between basement fall blocks. Just a heads up, you will need hearing protection! Only complaint is the length. I found the small size a bit cumbersome to grip and angle properly- a 1 or 2 inch longer chisel would have been perfect.

Nice little chisel. It was used as part of an arsenal of tools for trying to remove mortar in an effort to re-point my brick chimney. Unfortunately, the existing “mortar” was more like concrete so the job did not go as planned & resulted in a rebuild after the joints failed & the chimney started to come apart half way through. Still this chisel held up to challenging conditions with no chipping or mushrooming.
