It is so easy to use! It worked perfectly at Thanksgiving which is when and why i bought it. All the food was kept at a very warm temperature, I used it for my mashes potatoes, gravy, corn and stuffing. I used my crockpots for the rest. Considering getting another one for next year. YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE FOOD COOKED, IT WILL NOT COOK FOOD. Wanted to make that clear because some people don’t know that. I made everything and then transferred it to the warming station right after. I didn’t have it turned up all the way either so only gets better. Pans are a great size, I had 13 people over and none of the pans were emptied so holds quite a bit. There are 2 larger pans and 2 smaller pans with lids. You can buy pans to use with it so it’s only large ones instead if wanted. Definietly recommend. Have no negative comments about it.
