Veery nice hot plate unit. I love the stainless steel housing and the infared burners. Really heats up quickly, cooks fasts and seems to cook evenly. I been using it almost daily as we are renovating our kitchen. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the numbers on the knobs are already rubbing off. I have only had it for a few weeks and soon I will not be able to see what temperature the knobs are on. So that’s not good. Something the manufacturer should fix quickly. Otherwise works well and easy to clean.

It takes longer for the burners to get a pot hot and to boil water. However, once it’s hot, the food will cook the same as a traditional stove. I noticed that the lights for each burner turns off and on. I don’t know if this will be a future issue with how hot the burners will be. I am generally pleased with the burner so far. I have only used the product once and plan to use it often.
