I love this pot. I bought it for baking sourdough bread but I haven’t used it for that purpose yet. I made a beautiful Italian roast in it. I could sear it on the stove and then put it in the oven to finish. It came out great. And it cleans up so easily. The blue ombré color is beautiful. I am very happy with my purchase.
