The QD-DVD-127 24x/48x Standalone 1:7 DVD/CD Duplicator from Microboards is a DVD and CD duplicator that supports standalone operation. A USB 2.0 port is present on the unit, but only communicates with one of the device’s DVD burners. The duplicator is perfect for any user requiring easy copying of audio, video or data DVDs or CDs. PrassiTech Zulu 2 disc mastering software is included.
No hard drive is required, since the duplication process is on an as-you-go basis. However, you do have the option of installing an optional 500GB drive for disc image storage. The LCD screen provides the user with the status of the recording process, minimizing the number of faulty discs. With user-friendly, one-button operation and a sleek design, this duplicator is perfect for any environment.

I bought this for church to help speed up dvd duplication since services are all via video with COVID shutting everything down. We had a 3 disk duplicator of the same brand that has worked fine for years. I had been asked to make batches of 12 or more disks and 3 at a time was too slow. This seems to copy faster than the old one and does 7 at a time as well. So far it works fine. I would like a way to shut off the beeping noise, but that’s minor. It’s more expensive than some other brands, but the build quality is better as well. Thanks for providing a great product at a reasonable price.

This is my first experience with a DVD Duplicator and I couldn’t be happier. It is easy to use, the menu system is very intuitive, it’s quick and it’s quiet. You can use it as a stand alone or with a computer.

This duplicator is fantastic (so far) for what it does – duplicates accurately and efficiently. The drives are Sony, not some no-name brand.I did have an issue initially with the power supply – there was no effort made to draw my attention to the voltage selector and I consequently powered on without making the correct selection and blew the power supply. There was no warning sticker, or alert even on the ‘read this first!’ page.Upon this happening, I sent a number of emails to their support address, some emphasising urgency (and all very polite) and received no response, which I was disappointed with. I’ve still received no response weeks later. So, in summary – great product but lousy support. For product alone, I will buy again.

Great machine. Main use is during sporting events when teams are buying on site.

I have had no issues with the operation of this duplicator. It is fast and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. You don’t always get that in products today. It is simple to operate and was up and running in just a few minutes.

An excellent duplicator and B&H pricing is great.

I use 2 of these duplicators, one at home for my video business and the other at our public access tv studio. It is easy to use as a stand alone duplicator or you can connect it to a computer. Just pop in your master DVD and you can have 7 copies within miutes. It will even tell you if any of the discs are bad. It features large cooling fans to prevent overheating. You get to pick the write speed or set it up to match how the master is written. Lots of other features too. The one thing I love the best about this machine, is the folks a B&H helped me pick out the system that best fit my needs…and it was a perfect match.
