Work for extended periods of time in greater comfort, with less risk of fatigue and injury with the Ergonomic Keyboard for Business from Microsoft. Built with an improved palm rest that is covered in fabric, this keyboard features a slim, refined design with a split layout and dedicated shortcut keys that can be used for Office 365, emojis, search, easy access to media controls, and more.
This keyboard is compatible with Windows 10 and features limited functionality with Windows 8.1 and 7. Please be aware that keyboard customization requires a download of Microsoft’s Mouse and Keyboard Center and is not available on devices running Windows 10 S or macOS.

Overall, I’m liking this keyboard. I find the reverse tilt comfortable. However, it is very large and doesn’t leave enough room in my keyboard tray for a mouse also. I’ve had to switch to trackball to save space.

This Ergonomic keyboard is an excellent replacement for an old CompUSA ergonomic keyboard. It is comfortable to use and has all the controls for our new Dell business desktop computer.

I had to replace an older Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard. I first noted that this keyboard slanted from front to back, not from back to front! So I had to remove the lower platform and use it flat. Then I find myself frequently hitting the wrong keys inadvertently.

4 * because, as usual, the functionality has been reduced and design alterations made that make no sense. The problem with the current version is that it has folks like me having to buy it because the drivers can’t be updated on the Natural 4000 any longer. Gone are the thumb controls for back and forward and zooming. Also they moved keys around that make no sense. I mean come on…ScrLk is a dead key and yet there it still is. They put THAT key where PrtScn used to be which is hard on folks like me that use this keyboard for work as I have to do screenshots a lot for documentation. So, as usual, the people making these changes in design don’t actually use the product. They just look at numbers. Outside of 4000 comparisons, the keyboard is really nice. Has a better feel than any of the previous versions. Very silky smooth and the wrist rest feels much nicer than prev versions. I wouldn’t fall in love though. Clearly Microsoft is likely exiting the computer keyboard market as, to this point, the versions we got starting in the 90s came with great IMPROVEMENTS. Well there are SOME here but too many taken away for me to feel confident about their commitment to this product space.
