My Surface Gp Laptop charger that came with my laptop randomly stopped working permanently today. I previously had an issue with having the charger not work from time to time where unplugging it and plugging it back into outlets would fix it. I would always hear electricity as I plugged it in. I ignored this problem and continued to use it. Now, it does not work at all. I am considering buying another but just thought I’d ask here first. Has anyone else had this problem?

I thought it would be a good computer for a university student, however it is not, if you have problems with your eyes I do not recommend this laptop, the battery is also a big problem in advertising, it says 13 hours of autonomy and the truth does not exceed 2. Finally the only capacity that I recommend is 256GB

I purchased this laptop to use in my Bedroom at night. The Laptop Go build Quality is Good. The Performance just ok for an i5 processor there is No Option. I do not know what Microsoft was thinking to produce this laptop without having a Backlighted Keyboard every Computer they offer has this feature From the Surface Go Keyboard up to Surface Book 3 Keyboard. I more than likely will be returning this because of the keyboard. $699.99 is a steep price point for not having the Backlit Keyboard
