Cut small and large circles from 1.5 in. in diameter to 52 in. in diameter with the CircleGuideKit router accessories guide. With the included TurnLock base plate, this product is compatible with most routers. There is no longer a need for that homemade circle cutting jig, the CircleGuideKit does it all for you and includes everything you need to cut your desired circle. It also includes a bonus Offset Base for finishing edges on your work piece. Best used with a plunge router.

Milescraft has created another helpful accessory with this circle guide kit. I used to us a jigsaw and bandsaw to cut circles and it never came out well. I also created my own jig, but Milescraft’s is much better… and affordable. Easily cuts a circle that’s 1.5″ – 52″ diameter perfect circle. Easy to setup and there are also helpful videos on youtube on how to use it. I figured this would be a winner as I also have the Milescraft pentograph too.

The product came with good instructions for its proper use. I had a small problem when using the Large circle slide. the number strip on the meters side was loose and slides in the track as I was attaching it to the Circle Guide Head giving an inaccurate reading. It appeared that the glue had released causing the slip. Once you understand how the parts fir together the product becomes a great addition to any woodshop.

A must have when cutting perfect circles in in plywood or any type of board your router will cut. Great circle guide for making corn hole boards. Mounts easily and accurately to Ridgid routers. The circles come out perfectly every time. Sturdy made pieces ensure hole measurement and setting are spot on every time. Very easy to set up and adjust for different hole sizes.

Makes perfect circles. The measurement was a little confusing as I was making both inside and outside circles (creating a piece of circle molding). But after a little trial and error it worked well. Cutting the circles themselves was easy and worked perfectly.

Excellent way to cut circles with precision. Easy to use and set up. Makes perfect with little effort. The circle jigs are made of quality materials and are opaque so you can see the work area of the wood you are cutting. The unit is easy to attach and remove from the router. The readouts are easy to see on the beams and the beams rare made of aluminum. Adjustments are easy and im very happy with the performance of the kit. Circles up to 51″ and as small as 10″ is pretty awesome.

This Circle Guide Kit is AWESOME! My grandson and I cut a 12″ circle out of 3/4″ plywood a few weeks ago. He traced the circle onto the wood. Then he cut it out with a band saw and finally finished by smoothing the edge with a sander. It took about 30 – 45 minutes. With this Circle Guide Kit, I just cut a 12.5″ circle out of the same wood in less than 15 minutes, including setup. This kit has a small guide that will cut from 2″ to 12.5″. This is what I used above. It has a large guide that will cut circles from 10″ to 51″ just as easy. With either guide, attach the small set screw, as instructed, into the wood where the center of the hole will be. Adjust the guide to the desired diameter of your cut. Lock your router into the guide. Make several passes around your circle, about 1/4″ deeper each pass. Be certain to allow for the tip of the router bit to safely pass through the back side of the board. This kit also has an offset guide for routing smaller boards with better stability.
