The Milescraft Drive90PLUS is a right-angle perpendicular offset drill attachment. The Drive90PLUS is ready to use right out of its package. The drives thin design allows it to be used it in narrow locations as small as approximately 1.5″ access. Drive90PLUS is versatile, and can be used in any drill, yet was designed for use in impact drives. Milescraft states this drive has a newly designed steel gear set for longer life. The drives socket uses 1/4″ hex socket bits with a 1″ maximum length. Drive bits are held in position with a magnet, and allows for easy, quick bit changes.

This is cool I can’t believe I have lived without it for so long.

For what I needed it worked great. Excellent for getting into a tight spot that impact driver could not reach. Had to screw in something into some hard wood. Just had to make a starter pilot hole with an awl and hold attachment securely. This will come in handy for future projects!!!

I really like the size and feel of this right-angle bit driver by Milescraft (Made in China). It’s lightweight and comfortable to use, and the 1/4” magnetic bit holder works great to keep those small 1” long drive bits in the tool. The width of the tool and bit is only 2”, meaning you can drive screws in fairly tight quarters. The drive train seems solid, with no backlash between the forward and reverse directions. The advertisement says the tool is “impact ready” but I would hesitate to use it for any heavy-duty applications; the tool seems made for light-duty applications. It’s somewhat overpriced compared to other name-brand, solidly built tools but it’s also slightly smaller. It’s a good tool for occasional use driving screws or drilling small holes in tight spaces.

Drive90PLUSby MilescraftPackaging: Hanging blister packContents: Right-angle driver extension, plus one #2 Phillips bitFirst Impressions:All-in-one compact design, impact-capable, good-looking gripDescription:This is a 1/4 inch snap-in drive extension that allows any regular or impact driver to drive a bit at an angle. It give an approximate six inch extension to reach sideways into recessed areas. Minimal head size gives good clearance. The tool is rated impact- ready, which is a great plus.It has a magnetic holder at the head end for use with very short bits. The other end is standard quick-connect quarter inch hex design. It has a nice hand grip design to the main shaft.Usage:I like that one can hold the driver in one hand and the Drive90PLUS in the other and work at any angle. Obviously, one needs to start a fastener first since one’s hands are full, but it is possible to pre-drill a little to start a hole if one uses short hex-head drill bits to do so.We even tried it with a standard length paddle bit and it worked surprisingly well. The only problem we noticed is that long bits are not held in place securely by the magnetic end. We dropped a drill bit in a wall and were able to fish it out with another magnet tool. But it did drive the paddle bit, and if one is careful, the bit need not drop out of the end of the Drive90PLUS.The ability to handle the heavy impacts from a brand new Ridgid STEALTH FORCE Brushless 18-Volt 3-Speed Pulse Driver was most impressive. It worked quietly and without any odd forces in the hand while connected to that big driver. It is very smooth in operation. One can really bear down on this tool and it does not complain. For a small and compact tool, this is a very impressive one.Overall Thoughts:I’ve known that Milescraft makes some handy door hinge tools, and this is a nice addition to their good tool line.

Seems like a decent tool, but it happened to not be effective for my particular situation.

Comes in handy for driving or removing screws or bolts in tight places using your battery or electric drills. Not to used to drill holes unless you have drill bits that fit 1/4 socket on the working end of it. Takes a little getting used to to drive them straight as you need both hands one to hold the drill and one to keep the driver straight as drive or remove the screws

Wow! Great drill accessory at a great price. I’m surprised I haven’t bought one of these earlier, it really comes in handy and is strong and easy to use. I used to think a tool like this wouldn’t work very well; I thought it would be hard to control and not be heavy duty enough to handle tough jobs, but I was wrong. The first day I got it I drilled 9/16″ holes in 22 floor joists to install new 1/2″ pex pipe for a new outside hose bib installation and I was amazed at how fast this made the work go. And it was so much easier than drilling angled holes with just my drill. With a #2 screw bit (included) I also tried it on a bunch of screws in different places and it really worked! Don’t hesitate to buy this, it’s great.

This is a great tool for small spaces. I had to install a metal strip for my linoleum lifting under the toe kick of my dish washer, which had a 4″ height area. The only problem I had was getting the 1/16″ x 1/4″ stubby drill bit. The 1/16″ x 1/4″ drill bit was not in the stubby drill bit kit I also purchased.

Versatile gear-head for getting into tight corners. Very slim and compact. Standard 1/4 hex fittings…Sometimes cabinets and cars put screws where you just can’t get a screwdriver or power-drill on them. Right-angle attachments get you into tight corners. Sooner or later you will wish you had one. This one is very compact, yet very well built for the purpose. Generous ball-bearings on both sides of the gears, impressive. Bit-chuck has good magnet, all my 1/4″ hex bits fit and stay securely. Do note that this type of tool is awkward. There is no graceful way to hold your drill, the adaptor, and the screw all in-line. For serious work in corners, consider owning a proper right-angle drill.

Drive 90 PlusThis is an excellent device. It is well built, simple, easy to use and when needed it is indispensable. There are times when you need to drive a screw in an area where a screw driver simply will not fit and this really helps. Using hex drill bits it also allows you to drill holes in tight places. It can be a bit tricky holding your drill/driver and this attachment while putting in a screw but they incorporated a magnet into the device that can really help with holding a screw. I have a very similar device that I have utilized in the past, it was not near as well made and the head was not a full 90 degrees. This device far surpasses it. Any standard 1/4” hex tool will fit this device.ProsQuality builtLight weightEasy to useVery flexibleConsPackaging

This is a very interesting tool. It’s a bit tricky to use, because you have to hold the bit end with the screw with 1 hand, while you operate the driver with the other. Otherwise the torque will just spin the drive 90. It does do what it says, & got into a very tight spot. It did the job, but will only work if you can get the gadget into the space.
