The Milescraft DRIVE 90 PLUS is a great accessory for really tight areas. There are times that you have a task to do and a compact drill or impact driver are tough to maneuver in between studs/ floor joists or other objects and even too big for some tasks. I needed to strengthen the 2″ X 4″ holding up the Modine heater I had installed in my basement workshop to warm the area up on cold winter days ( and my aging bones ) and my compact impact driver does not fit between top of heater and 2″ X 4″ used to hang heater. The sleek and light weight design worked nicely to drive a couple of square drive screws through 2″ X 4″ into floor joist. The magnetic 1/4″ hex socket accepts a large array of accessories from phillips,torx and square drive bits to stubby hex drive drill bits. The improved gears give the Drive 90 enhanced durability for longer life and use with impact drivers. I will be keeping the DRIVE 90 handy in my tool box.

For light weight work in tight places this six inch by 1 1/2 inch wide ( at the head) ninety degree drill/driver will fit where you sometimes cannot even get a stubby screw or nut driver. In reality it also acts as an extension. The head has a 1/4″ magnetic socket, a plus. Once in a drill , 1/4″ or larger, the head will rotate 0 to 360 degrees, it will not lock down once the desired angle is determined so you may have to hold the finger grooved extension below the head. I have only used this once to install an under counter trash can that required attaching a bracket to the front and back of the base of the cabinet. I utilized my 18 volt Dewalt cordless and the 90 degree driver extension so that I didn’t have to get directly over the screw, which meant I didn’t have to get as far into the cabinet. This is one little tool I won’t forget I have.

Destroyed my last bulky right angle chuck, also a Milescraft, boring through 2x4s. This one is much more compact which makes it more versatile. Test on minor drilling, worked great.

This Drive 90 plus is lightweight, easy to attach to drill (just like putting in a drill bit). It is only 1 1/2 inches thick and makes it easy to get into really tight spaces and 7 1/4 inches long. Excellent tools for installing mud flaps without removing the tires. It also comes with magnetic driver bit, it accepts 1/4 inch hex accessories. It also has new and improved gears for longer life.
