Product is well made and solid, however it would not work with my new Ryobi Table Saw I was able to grind grooves on the sides on top of the bracket to accommodate the unusual tabs present on the table channel. A previous reviewer suggested grinding off the tabs on the saw channel to use the Milescraft Feather board, but if you use it the way I modified it, it will stay “held” in the table saw channel preventing it from popping out when using it. I can’t see a problem with other brands usability if Milescraft did this to their bracket to begin with, or provide it as an accessory option, to make their product more universal. If this was done it would get a five from me. I like the feature of the first “finger” of the feather board being “cut-in” the one eighth inch recommended in using feather boards. it saves extra adjusting steps. Good product all the same.

My table saw has a 5/8 ” miter track, this is the ONLY feather board I have found that will fit. It also has hardware to fit 3/4″ tracks.The stack-able “Tandem” feature with the spacer is the cherry on top. It works great when ripping boards on edge, much safer and helps hold the board vertical.I can not really compare it to any others because they won’t fit!I recommend if you have a 5/8″ miter track get this now for the safety of having a feather board.If you don’t have a 5/8″ miter track DON’T GET A TABLE SAW THAT HAS A 5/8 TRACK!
