The ultimate pocket hole kit includes the Milescraft PocketJig100, single barrel jig, the Milescraft PocketJig200 double barrel jig, plus a 2 in. FaceClamp and accessories. Everything you need for your pocket hole projects. PocketJig200 pocket hole jig allows you to connect your workpieces in a quick and timely manner. Whether you want to build storage projects, cabinets, shelves or bookcases, this kit does it all. Allowing you to create corner joints, T-Joints, Framing Joints, Miter Joints and do repairs. With built-in settings for board thicknesses, there is no need to manually measure. Just set this pocket jig to your desired setting, set the depth of your bit and start drilling. PocketJig100 has a small, compact design that allows you to do applications where a small jig is required. Built-in board thickness locations for easy measurement and set-up of your workpieces, virtually eliminating the need for manual measurements.
- With built-in imperial and metric scales these jigs allow you to easily measure the thickness of your work piece
- 4 common board thickness settings built-into the pocket jig: 1/2 in., 3/4 in., 1 in. and 1-1/2 in. (12 mm, 19 mm, 27 mm, 38 mm)
- Hardened steel drill bushings for precise and accurate pocket holes every time
- Tight tolerances between the bushing and the drill bit, reduce tear-out and create a clean pocket hole on the first try
- Recessed clamp pocket with magnet helps to keep the clamp in position as you move to different locations
- Convenient built-in depth setting to easily set your bit for the correct drilling depth
- 3/8 in. step drill bit made from high-speed steel with a 1/4 in. hex shaft that is designed to reduce clogging and provides smooth and precise pocket holes
- 3/8 in. split design stop collar with flat, prevents slipping of the set screw when tightened and the flat prevents the bit from rolling
- Rugged storage case with designated places for all components
- Includes pocket hole screws and plugs

It is a neat little package, jam packed with stuff with which to make pocket holes. I recommend one practice some on scrap wood to be sure the pocket holes are in the best position for the screw to exit where you want. You have to be careful not to blast the screw trough softwood. Once again perfect practice makes perfect. The only nit I have to pick is that I wish the screws had a square hole for the driver rather than the star shaped one. I notice that the Kreg screws and drivers use the square holes. Also I could use a larger clamp device than is included in kit. All in all the Milescraft kit is an lnexpensive way to get into pocket hole joinery. I also purchased a supliment package of lots of screws.

This was my first time using something like this. After reading the instructions and practicing on some scrap wood, the whole process from start to finish seemed so simple. This pocket jig worked well. Nice to have it as a “set” where everything (all the tools) you need are together. I didn’t need to purchase a clap separate from the pocket jig, bits and so on. The quality of the pocket jig and clamp are good; and having a case is great to be able to store neatly in your shop.
