I have this drill about 6 months now and use it at least 3 times per week for various home construction related work. The torque this drill generates is better than my corded Bosch. If you’re not careful it will break your wrist. It hasn’t failed me yet and I put it through some tough tasks. For a general DIY it’s probably over kill. But if you make a living in construction you absolutely should own one. Only draw back is it is a bit heavy, but well balanced

As a journeyman plumber I use my battery powered tools everyday. I have been using milwaukee tools for about 6 years now and finally my drill trigger started to stick. So I decided to go with the new M28 Hammer drill. Ive had it now for about 3 months and the drill has worked great. The run time, power and flexibility are exactly what I was looking for. The only complaint I have is the drill has no bit holder on it. Which is more of a inconvince then anything else. Other then that I absolutly love the drill and can’t wait till I get another one in about 6 years.

This product was everything I had hoped it would be. I’ve only had it about a month but I can’t wait till my next purchase. The power for a cordless drill is great for any task I have.

Very powerful drill, the batteries last well. The last set we had lasted for around 5yrs w/every day use, impressive! The only real drawback is the weight of the drill, but, its a fair trade off.

Want a drill that will do the job. Sure a little heavy but your job gets done. Batteries last about 4 years. they are a quick charge. My drill was 8 years old and dry walled several houses, thousands of drilling and repair work. Concrete drilling with hammer mode was a breeze. Drill finally died 1 month after ordering second set of batteries last year. The better deal would have been to buy a new drill combo. Originally We got the large combo kit which included; sawz-all, circular saw, drill, 2 batteries, charger and carry bag. If you can locate this it is the best deal ever. You will not regret the portability of the saws . Yes extra batteries for larger jobs.

I am on my second 28 volt drill in 6 years. This is a great drill for one who needs a drill for severe heavy every day use, It is too bulky for casual light duty work. I have a 12 volt and 18 volt for that. Its durability and function is a 5 star. Yet they are some improvement needed and is why I give it a 4 star rating. The battery with use has a tendency to detach off the housing with a slight bump. Also the rubber grips with time come unglued and peal off. The batteries are so expensive I found for a $100 more you are better off buying a new drill. But I did get about four years out of the batteries. And be careful it will sprang your wrist if it gets hung up and you do not have the detachable handle on. This drill takes second to no one in torque.

This drill will out perform any 20volt , I am a electrician and can drill the whole 2 story 5 bedroom house out for wiring on the 2 Batteries without having to wait on Batteries to recharge. Also strong enough to drill two inch holes through 2 2×4’s with little effort.
