This is my favorite vacuum very portable. Would have given 5 star but I have a issue with the hose and how it connects to to Milwaukee tools for dust extraction the part that connects from the hose to the tool is like a rubber material and is a extremely tight fit and over time now the rubber end is splitting apart.

Milwaukee knocks it out of the park again! This unit is quiet, strong and is performing beyond expectations. Only negative is it sucks the battery pretty quick, so invest in the best backup you can afford.

Loves this vac, easy to use, incredibly powerful, and amazingly quiet.

The vacuum is very quiet even on high speed. The switch is ok for wear it but not as good when you try to hang on ladder. I suggest using like small remote control with current switch will be perfect. I understand battery run time go by the battery size but sometime just need more time to get the cleaning done. Battery is not cheap, If this vacuum with dual voltage or M18 power converter adapter direct plug in to convert to AC power will be great.

Works good no problems

replacement filters are way to expensive,, I thought it would be a little more powerful

Backpack vacuum is a little heavier than I expected but has came in handy without the worry of cords. I bought an extra battery to have a backup as I tend to run my machine for longer than expected battery life. So far, it’s been a nice added piece to my collection of Milwaukee. I’ve purchased the small blower as well that is awesome!

The Vacume is nice and convienent to use. It is much quieter than or other vacuum. I am disappointed that the hoses do not fit on the other Milwaukee tools we have.We have the 12” battery miter saw and the sander. The hose will fit on neither one. Why would Milwaukee add a tool in the M 18 Fuel line that is not compatable with there own tools in the same line? Dosn’t make sence!

Great vacuum. It sucks.Recommend having two batteries charged, it doesn’t take long to go through one.

The only thing I don’t like about it is the way you hang onto the handle it’s made for somebody about 5 foot 6 tall and I’m 6ft so it’s a little short but other than that I like it fine

Need to have an additional battery if going to be using this for any significant amount of time. Also, must have some type of adaptor on the end in order to have good suction. However, is convenient and easy to use.

It’s everything I expected so far. Another great product from Milwaukee.

Very good battery life in high power mode compared to other cordless vacuums (only 7 min for Dyson V11). V11 does have 1.3x more suction but that’s no good because it cuts off when there’s a clog, unlike this one. It would be even better if can also be used as a blower for inflating mattresses or air trak gym mats.

Strong good suction, very nice quality equipment, well built. Only thing I wish it had was a brush, otherwise this is a pretty awesome vacuum!

This is such a great vacuum! I have used it for hours before needing to be charged. What a convenience! I think it is the best backpack vacuum available.

Too heavy. Not enough suction and go only pull nozzle backward. Will not push forward. If I still had box I would return it

This is amazing and it just keeps surprising me on how much power comes from the m18 battery

As a facility manager for a 77,000 sq ft Church, we acquired one Milwaukee ($248) as a test to compare against a ProTeam GoFree Flex Pro Battery Powered Backpack ($1488). The only complaints I have received after 46 days of use (one 12.0 battery per shift) is:– The carpet head does not like to roll freely over the commercial close knit style carpet. I speculate it is due to the rubber catch blade on the bottom of the head that is causing the hangup. (Suggestion, perhaps a braided Aramid fiber, close weave, with a nylon core for rigidity would act as an appropriate air dam/catch and be resistant enough for commercial use? If you chose this design idea, please reach out to compensate the Church) My staff reports the working solution to be an extreme angle of attack, basically, extend tube all the way out and vacuum as far ahead of you as you can reach, this takes the downward force off the back of the head allowing it to spread more evenly on its 4 small wheels.– Suction becomes noticeably diminished when the internal particle vortex screen becomes plugged with dust bunnies or, as shown by pictures, cellulose insulation. Fortunately, the design of the unit is easy enough to clear out the blockage, you’ll just get a little messy doing so. You’ll know when the unit is plugged up when the pitch of the exhaust changes to a higher tone. My staff agrees that the 12.0 battery pack is perfect to handle one shift on the high setting- they all are amazed at how quiet the unit is, as am I, the ease in which to dump its contents and the fit and finish of the components.Overall, we are very pleased with this unit. I would recommend this for use on hard dry surfaces, close office style knit carpet, and use for spot cleaning. I plan to purchase 2 more for use in our facility.

Very convenient vacuum. Uses a lot of battery energy though so it’s best to have a backup battery or two fully charged as a ready replacement at the jobsite. Wish it had more accessories and was wet/dry. Other than that, it’s really a great vacuum.
