Our ROVER Magnetic Flood Light is a bright, versatile personal floodlight that you can take everywhere and stick anywhere . Two built-in magnets located on the top and back of the LED flood light give you the versatility to mount the light in different orientations and deliver light wherever you need it. The LED floodlight features 300 lumens of TRUEVIEW High Definition Output, giving you bright, high-quality task lighting for the most accurate details and color. Our Magnetic Flood Light survives repeated drops from 4 meters (12 feet) and is water and dust resistant to withstand the demands of daily use on jobsites. Maximize the light’s brightness or runtime depending on the job using the high and low mode options. A built-in metal clip attaches to your pockets or tool bags. The clip can also be used as a base and rotated to direct light when resting on a surface. Our ROVER Magnetic Flood Light’s LEDs are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.

Bought one of these little work lights about a month ago. Initially it worked great, I really liked the size, magnets, brightness, etc. However after about 3 weeks it started turning off after about 30sec – 1 min. I replaced the batteries and that seemed to have fixed the turn-off issue. Now about half the time the high-low setting does not work correctly. One press high, second press still high, third press off. This significantly reduces battery life. So, like many others, I feel this little light has some design/manufacturing issues. I am going to take it back to Home Depot and see if they will replace it. If not, I will find another light.

Great light output for the size. Magnets are super strong and handy to have on the end as well as the side. The cap can pop open occasionally especially if you’re attempting to turn the clip so I tend to just leave it alone.I’ve had a couple of the same issues as others. The switch does not always engage the low light setting. Sometimes it does, but more often it does not.The second issue has been a high pitched buzz coming from it. If you’re using a light this size you’re probably working fairly close to it. The hitch pitched buzz can become extremely annoying.For future improvements to this light I would like to have 3 light settings. I think an even lower light setting would be good to help extend battery life. I also think it should default to the low setting when you first turn it on.I will probably return this as the switch problem and buzzing issue make it unreliable. But if you buy it and it does not have those issues its a good little light.

Im an electrician and i use this light all the time! Works great but has a few issues. First of all i have the battery one and let me tell you it eats them up like its nothing so i would recommend going with the rechargeable one! Definitely wish i would’ve known this before buying this one. Also not sure if its just mine but mine has an annoying high pitch hum to it and really gets annoying when it’s strapped to your shoulder so check that out before buying. But other then that really bright and useful has 2 modes but both are exactly the same so not sure what thats about.

Build quality is below what was expected from a Milwaukee product. The rubber power button keeps falling out. It would help to have some water resistance on the flashlight.

I give this light 5 stars because it is bright. Seems like 305, maybe 306 lumens, not the 300 they say. That’s a few extra lumens for free! Plus it has a magnet on the end. Remember, it won’t stick to plastic. Magnets only work w/ rare metals like gold and platinum. Fortunately, I have a lot of gold in my house so it works great. King Midas was my Uncle so I have some of his abilities, but they only work sporadically. Lastly, don’t look directly into the light Carol Ann, you might get taken away by the TV people and we all know how that ended.
