I’ve had this light for 7-8 months and recharged maybe 7-8 times total. Plugged light in today to recharge and red and green blinks. You got to be kidding me. I Love Milwaukee tools and have many in my collection. They have always been good at customer satisfaction and replacements. I hope they will help in the replacement of this battery as well.

Really bright, I use it while towing cars at night. Once on the side of a highway trying to load a disabled vehicle, traffic doesn’t attempt to slow down or move over for amber flashing lights (even though its the law in our state); but when I looked up at oncoming traffic a few times, it seemed like they saw headlights and moved over for a change (didn’t slow down though). But it help to let traffic know there is something on the side of the road apparently.

We have not used this particular product in a commercial setting, but its good for around the house. Seems to be durable. My hubby breaks litterly everything and this has survived about 11 months now. I like that the straps cleaned up nice most do not last after one wash.

The only negative I have about the design is the size and weight if I could go back I think I would check out the low profe one. That being said I have had the light for about six months and in the last few weeks when I plug it in it flashes red and green and according to the included literature that means the battery is damaged but I have never dropped it or exposed it to any moisture but it no longer takes a charge.

I got this headlamp as a gift from work after restoring power one night. I really enjoyed it! The problem came a few weeks later when I went to go charge it for maybe 5-6th time and the red/green light flashing came up. I unplugged the light let it sit and then plugged it back in and it started charging again. About a week later same thing but I couldn’t get it to charge this time. So I scavenged the house for other wattage chargers I found that the lower wattage output ones I had better luck with but after about another month now the battery only lasts for maybe 10 minutes.

Pros are the settings of light, and usb recharge ability. Cons are the battery life, inability to hook up usb power as a power source (only can charge). If they came up with a longer life battery, that would help. I bought it for the high lumens but only use the 2nd to lowest and lowest setting (out of about 4 intensity settings) at a jobsite all day. I’ve had 15$ headlamps that last 10 times longer. The more you charge the battery, the longer it works, but it still drains at an alarming rate on the brightest settings.
