Overall the light is good and I enjoy using it. However, specifically for working on your car, the magnets are not strong enough and not in the right places to make mounting to your hood or other areas convenient. Most importantly the magnets are too weak. I used the light sparingly for 9 months, at which point the ON/OFF button fell off. The product has a lifetime warranty and Milwaukee sent me a new light free of charge.

I am a Auto Mech. For For_! Bought this because I THOUGHT HOW GREAT THE LIGHT! And Yes it is! But the Magnets are sorrowful! Top one ok One on back etc. TOTAL WASTE! I have had my light what a month FELL SO MANY TIMES EVEN THE MAGNETS NOW HAVE FELL OUT! If you stick it some were give it a 50% chance that it won’t hold and fall! If using it for looking and etc THIS THING IS BRIGHT AND GREAT!

It’s a great little light! I ordered it for my husband to use on the job but I liked it so much I am going to have to order another one for the home. The fact it has two batteries and a charging port is totally a selling point for us as well.

This is my second Milwaukee 445 Lumens LED Rover Rechargeable Pocket Flood Light. My last one was stolen as i was buying charcoal for my dinner at a local grocery store. So I had to repurchase this amazing light. I have used it for plumbing work. The magnet works great and holds very well upright and horizontal for hands free work to be done. Using this Milwaukee LED Rover Pocket Flood Light in attics and crawlspaces has been very worthy in such a small compact size. I also have used this flood light for hikes on trails and placed on my backpack. Attached the flood light on my track bike to pedal around locally. I feel like Iron Man having this upon my chest, as onlookers stop and stare as i go by them. I recommend this Milwaukee Rover LED Flood light

I believe you can never have enough portable lighting and I frequently work on job sites that are dark or on jobs that are at night. This rover light has a clip that you can use to clip onto your clothing or a magnet, it is rechargeable and has different light strength settings

I was happy to find a “Re-chargable” pocket sized floodlight with magnets in all the right places. For an Electrician this is a special thing. If you buy it, you will love it and it probably won’t leave your pocket for awhile. Do it do it! There are also many other lighting options that use this same battery and charger so it’s a win win.

Love this light but, the magnets are horrible. My solution was to walk over a couple of isles and buy some small powerful magnets sold at home depot and gorilla glue them to the top and sides. I’m constantly working in dark places for 8 to 10 hours a day. This light last THE WHOLE DAY on the second light setting which is by no means dim. I’m sure i bought this for 50 bucks and the extras i added put it at 60 so I’m happy with the performance, durability and price.

I use this light for servicing hvac equipment and it’s great for this application. I attach it to the equipment I’m working on. For some reason the light starts to flash after 10-15 minutes on high and maybe 20 minutes on low. I swap out the battery (I have 5 and 2 chargers) and it shows still orange or yellow even though the light shut off. Not sure what’s wrong.

It is really bright although only lasts two hours on full brightness, (11hrs on lower brightness) charging speed is nice as well, magnet could be better. Clip quality isn’t too good but overall great light
