I originally bought this as an impulse buy, and I’ll be honest rarely used it. Then slowly over time I found myself grabbing it more and more often. Now I am thinking about a second one to bring to work. Only downfaults would be the clip being pointless since its almost impossible to use, and the magnet is weak. It holds itself, but barely. And I mean barely. For the price you’d expect those two issues to be nonexistent. If you got the money, buy it! You won’t be disappointed!

This is a great light, I am a commercial HVAC controls technician and use this light everyday to illuminate the inside of a control panel or inside all types of equipment. The strong magnetic base is a must for how I use it as well. I have tried a bunch of different brands and different styles of lights but this ranks right up there in the top two or three lights I have owned. This is also a great deal with the extra battery.

I use it all round but on semi trucks and automotive too and if I get it somewhere I can see and it will actually hold it ends up getting knocked off where the smaller no recharging one would hold like a dream definitely not worth the extra money for the recharging factor if you ask me. Good light but bad magnet!

I’ve had this for a few years now and like it a lot. Works nicely inside furnaces and beats holding a flashlight between your head and shoulder. It has dropped hundreds of times and only the clip magnet fell out. Really can’t complain about that.
