THIN, 1 in. LIGHT HEAD W/WIDE FLOOD BEAM. The Milwaukee USB Rechargeable Low-Profile Headlamp is powered by REDLITHIUM USB and delivers 600 Lumens of TRUEVIEW High Definition Output. The flood light headlamp features an ultra-thin light head that provides an unobstructed view with 125° of flood beam coverage. The rechargeable headlamp is designed with the battery pack in the rear for maximum maneuverability in tight spaces and a balanced design for all-day use. The hardhat headlamp is equipped with a sweat absorbing microfiber strap for comfort on bare heads and 4 included hard hat clips for secure connections on all hardhats. The Milwaukee headlamp has 4-light output modes: High, Medium, Low and Eco for 25-hours plus of runtime to maximize light output or extend runtime. The clip on hard hat light is IP54 rated for water and dust resistance and can withstand up to 2M drops, surviving the toughest conditions on and off the jobsite. This hard hat light performs with over 2,000 recharges and 3X faster charging via USB. Milwaukee Front Brim Vented Hard Hats are designed to Adapt For Your Jobsite. This hard hat is awesome. It is very comfortable but it is built more for a round head. I don’t have round head, so it took a day to get used to it. The harness has formed to my head. The headlamp clip is so awesome too! In the morning, I put my headlamp on and I don’t even notice it is there. I have the milwaukee 475 lumens rechargeable headlamp. I recommend buying this hard hat and I will buy another in the future.

The high light output makes it excellent for working in dark conditions. The wide spread of the beam can be a help, but a more focused beam could be a help at times.

Very bright with 3 levels. Comfortable. Charging of battery takes a long time hooked up to computer. Wish there was a 110V version. Also, would like to purchase another battery but they are always bundled with other components I do not want or have already.

The head light is good and low profile assists in 0 clearance scenarios. Milwaukee is proud of all their tool’s as selected by the pricing index. I have phased out Dewalt and other brands over the year’s for Milwaukee tools since they last and most have better RPM/FtLb torgue versus competitor’s products. Still though they don’t have to price themselves out of the ballpark here. 20-35% reduction in pricing will keep them on top and not under value tools, and give their customer’s more bang for the buck. Another way to look at it is that if your customers save on tool A they are more likely to by tool B from you thus increasing your sales acroos the board.

It would be even better if it used usb C to charge it. Also the battery compartment comes loose from the strap at time not a big deal because it doesn’t happen often but still wish it didn’t. It works really well and most of our crew uses them.
