The light is very well made. The bracket that attaches to the hood is well made and has a lot of tension. With a 2.0 battery you get maybe 2 hour run time on high. The spare battery is charged ready to go before the one dies in the light. The light can slide side to side in the bracket.

I’ve struggled with cheap clamp-on corded work lights that are easy to trip on for years. This light has excellent light output and the long row of LEDs allows you to work under it and have minimal shadows on the work area. Adapts to every hood I have tried it on and does not scratch paint. I purchased the 6 Ah battery with this and the runtime is fantastic. On its brightest mode I get well over 5 hrs on a single charge.

Came across this at our local electrical supply store and it’s a game changer. In my 23 years of traffic signals it was either head lamps or a dual head halogens on a tripod run from a noisy generator which both caused lots of shadows trying to work. This light is amazing! Stays in place well on our cabinet and lit the cabinet and our working area. Of all the tools and gadgets we’ve purchased over the years this is hands down the best thing we’ve gotten. Every electric company, telephone company, etc.. should get one. Well thought out lamp in every way.
