Easy to connect, easy to use. Just made my least favorite job a bit less of a pain in the backside. On a good day it’s tough drilling holes overhead. A hammer drill gets heavy when attempting to stay out of dusts way while trying to get the job done. Although the added weight and size is noticeable, it doesn’t effect me so much when I can now get directly under my work. We are still required to use PPE but it’s a much cleaner job and nice to go home at the end of the day without a shirt full of gravel. About a dozen holes and it’s a trip to the dust bin. I’ve had to make my cross marks larger to line up the bit with the attachment in the way. not a big deal. The battery last longer than I had expected from a vacuum. My other Milwaukee vacs eat batteries for lunch.

Okay, ill give it 5 stars because it does do a great job of collecting dust.HOWEVER, heres where my nitpicking begins. When im trying to set anchors in a ceiling, its a bit difficult to make sure youre dead on your mark. the combined weight of the drill and vacuum makes it awkward to line up on the hole. ive had to pull back the vacuum head to make sure i had the tip of the drill bit on it and then try to release it while keeping it on the marks. That’s only usually when drilling in a ceiling. Doesn’t seem to be a problem on walls though.

Used it on two different hamer drills and attached easily. Drills better in more open spaces so more layout is needed. Comes off with little effort too. Had a bad anchor so was unable to use in the box that was hung. Took it off drilled in a different spot and set the anchor. Put the vac attachment back on after. Recommend getting HILTI setting tool for wedge anchors so you don’t need a hammer for driving in the anchors

I was very Impressed with this product. I used it with my Makita hammer drill, and drilled several holes overhead in cement deck. It captured about 99% of the dust. Worth every penny.

Easy to install on your hammer drill, as a plumber I drill a lot of holes overhead in concrete installing anchors to hang material. After 27 years of dealing with the spoils of drilling dropping down and getting blown all over, this tool elimenates all the dust, contains the dust in a compartment untill you remove and emty the container. With its own hepa filter cleaning the discharged air of any dust. This tool should be manitory on jobsites for health reasons alone

Is not “Universal” and is not compatible with older STS tools, was not able to use on outdated hammer drills. Would have probably worked well as it is designed but was unable to test properly.

Great tool universal with my makita cordless. OSAH approved. Collets most of the dust. Filter needs to be emptyed every week depending on use. Bulky, and hard to use in tight spots. Battery life is great.

Compact, easy to adjust and use. Does not work with longer extension bits though.

We bought this for our company to comply with the new OSHA Silica Dust Regulations and it works perfectly! IT sucks the dust as soon as it starts drilling and keeps all our team from having to breath so much in! Great investment!

perfect little tool for almost all hammer-drills from all manufacturers. OSHA is starting to require air filtration devices on drilling equipment and this is the most compact version on the market.
