The MILWAUKEE M12 Metal Flashlight redefines versatility, brightness, and durability, by delivering up to 800 Lumens of TRUEVIEW High Definition Output. The M12 flashlight casts a beam of TRUEVIEW light over 375 yards and a sliding light head allows for effortless beam adjustment from a flood to spot. The LED flashlight features three output modes (high, low or strobe) for maximum jobsite versatility. The flashlight’s body is built from machined 6000 Series aluminum with a Type II anodized finish for durability. The M12 Metal Flashlight is compatible with all M12 REDLITHIUM batteries and has a Limited Lifetime LED Warranty, the LEDs never need to be replaced.

Use this every single day. I use the batteries from my shear tool for it. I get about three hours run time on full brightness. I always take a spare battery into crawl spaces.

The light produced is very nice. The lighting is smooth wether using flood or spot. It is very nice that the power and mode switches are separate. No having to toggle between modes to get to the one you need. The blink warning to a low battery is helpful. I would recommend this flashlight to anyone else. I only have a few issues. The flashlight is somewhat heavy. If Wilwaukee could drop the weight by 1/4 it would be less fatigue to hold for long periods of time. The supplied lanyard is far to weak to last. The light is too heavy to use the lanyard for hands-free carrying. It needs to be held close to your body when not in use but is too large to fit in a pocket. The light should have been delivered with a belt clip. I had to make my own from some 1 1/4 PVC. Changing the color of the power/mode switch from black to red would help to locate the switch faster in low light situations.

I live in the country and have a large shop I use it I’m getting from my house to the shop. My family also uses it for exploring at night best flashlight I ever had. Kids couldn’t destroy it I love having the M12 battery line. Never looking for batteries or having to buy new ones. I’ve had it for over a year now ( use it EVERY day) still works great.

This flashlight is definitely high powered. Almost too bright even on the low setting. I would suggest Milwaukee add a 3rd brightness option. Strobe is blinding. Add the 3ah and it can stand alone and light up the room. The power source/ charger is handy. I work at night, and charge my phone and flashlight battery everyday on the way to the work with this unit. And I still have plenty of power to charge my phone again. Very convenient.
