It features a rotating collar that adjusts the light angle from task to area lighting and two stainless steel hanging hooks for maximum versatility. I had one of these, liked it so much I bought another. Great for power outages, it provides plenty of light and can charge a mobile device via the usb port. It is also great for working underneath a vehicle. You can wedge it above an exhaust pipe, into a frame rail, or on top of the transmission and it stays put. There is a shield that you can adjust so the light isn’t shining into your eyes.

Another great milwaukee product I had the m18 version but liked this one was more compact. Offers a great 360 or 180 degree flood of light with great battery life even with a 2.0 battery pack. It does have hanging hook but no magnet.

I am a huge Milwaukee fan but will attempt to write this without being biased. This light is well priced for those already bought into the M12 system that have spare batteries and chargers. The runtime of this light is excellent. In Lantern mode a great amount of light is dispersed. In flood – you are left wanting more light but given the price and the Lumen rating I would have purchased this light without flood mode. This is an excellent Cordless Lantern to keep around to illuminate tasks in dark area as well as to keep around for power outages or outdoor activities. I would recommend this product.

Fantastic for small dark spaces, such as attics or unfinished basements. Runs brighter and longer (with 2AH battery) then my old dewalt 18V fluorescent lamp (li-ion battery). Won’t light an entire workspace(ie whole basement), but perfect for smaller areas.

I do not like how the on off switch is designed on this one. It doesn’t feel comfortable and is hard to press at times to switch modes. I also don’t like how it doesn’t stand on its own w/o the battery. The m18 lantern is perfect for you if you want something better and already invested on the m18 lineup.

Well built as expected from Milwaukee. Provides ample lighting for power outages, camping, and out in the shed. Although this is very similar to the M18 Lantern/Flood light, this light is smaller and lighter than the M18 version which makes it a much better fit for portability or in small places.
