It features a 180° – 360° adjustable beam design to allow users to select between area lighting and task lighting for maximum versatility. With over 400 Lumens, illuminating large work areas is easy. As an added value to the user, the light also includes a high power 2.1 Amp USB port to charge tablets, smart phones, mp3 players and other electronic devices. With a rugged design and impact resistant lens, the new light is built to withstand abusive jobsite conditions. M12 Compact Vacuum provides more power to clean anywhere. A high performance motor delivers maximum suction for a wide range of construction materials, such as wood chips and metal shavings. I am a huge Milwaukee fan but will attempt to write this without being biased. This light is well priced for those already bought into the M12 system that have spare batteries and chargers. The runtime of this light is excellent. In Lantern mode a great amount of light is dispersed. In flood – you are left wanting more light but given the price and the Lumen rating I would have purchased this light without flood mode. This is an excellent Cordless Lantern to keep around to illuminate tasks in dark area as well as to keep around for power outages or outdoor activities. I would recommend this product.

Good light works to illuminate small spaces the usb charger is real slow tho but I’d buy it again good quality well made tool batteries last a couple hrs

I have a lot of m12 tools including the Rover light. I bought this to compliment the Rover during the California blackouts. I can charge up my m12 batteries and then had this light to use as a room light and to charge phones and accessories. Very glad I picked it up. Love my m12 tools.

Got light to use during power outage from Derecho. Without using usb charger. 3 ah battery lasted a couple of nights worth. Using usb charger light didn’t last a whole nights worth. Bought as a light source. It’s what was available at the time. I like the different light settings high, low, 360 arch or 180. Well made and served purpose bought it for.

Well built as expected from Milwaukee. Provides ample lighting for power outages, camping, and out in the shed. Although this is very similar to the M18 Lantern/Flood light, this light is smaller and lighter than the M18 version which makes it a much better fit for portability or in small places.

I now have 2 of these. It is nice to be able to adjust where the light goes. Very helpful when working in cabinets so the light is where it need to go and not in the eyes. Get good battery life as well, better than I expected.
