AS A TV REPAIRMAN I USED MANY SCREWDRIVERS AND DRILLS. THIS IS THE BEST BECAUSE: PERFECT CONTROLLABLE SPEED, HAS LIGHT, NO DELAY FROM PRESSING TRIGGER TO SPINNING ( IMPORTANT AS I NEED TO REMOVE DOZEN OF SCREWS ONE AFTER ANOTHER AND SUCH DELAYS CAN ADD UP ) LIGHTWEIGHT, BALANCED FEEL, CLUTCH EXCELLENT !

I wouldn’t buy another one. Instead, I’d get one of the light weight, higher voltage, general purpose driver.

I love this, It’s perfect when I’m doing PM’s (HVAC Tech), it is small, light and has enough power to get the job done. I have a M18 impact and a Hammer-drill, if I need more power.

Very dependable and strong. I like the belt clips and the M12 cordless series.

Used this on a remodel project and it worked flawlessly. The battery just kept going and going and the tool never let me down. I have a M12 drill radio and 3/8″ impact driver. They are equally impressive. I am now in the market for a 1/2″ Impact tool M18.

One of the most indispensable tools in my arsenal. Have used it to drive everything from screws and lag bolts to removing nuts and bolts from engines. It’s 275 ft-lbs so says the specs, so it’s right up there with many of it’s larger counterparts but not for heavy duty concrete work/etc of course. Lightweight and pretty comfortable in the hand. Positive click reversing button. Just a solid tool…

I use this Milwaukee driver frequently – almost ever day and it’s become one of my favorite tools. It is perfect for driving screws and it works fine for light-duty drilling in most materials. It’s great for drilling aluminum, sheet metal, drywall and wood. If you need to drill and set Tapcons in concrete on a regular basis, you will need something more heavy duty. But for drilling with a small bit in a variety of common materials and for removing and driving screws, this tool can’t be beat. The motor and gear train in the tool are solid and provide all the torque you will need for anything that will fit a 1/4″ hex chuck. The battery is small and lightweight, but has no problem powering the tool all day long. For my regular use, I can go as long as a week without recharging. In a nutshell, this tool is very versatile and well designed. I would buy another without any second thought.

been in the major appliance repair business for 27 years. this is the most frequantly used tool in my arsenal. used on almost every call i run, which averages 8-10 calls per day.usually have to charge battery only on week-ends..amazing!my old one just died after 4 1/2 years hard use.i couldnt allow myself to be without, so i went and bought another one that evening, even though i couldve went thru the warranty process for free replacement.i felt like i got my monies worth out of it,and as i said, i didnt want to be in the field without this tool for even 1 day.buy one and youll not be let down…

Works perfectly after a year of hard service in a small engine shop.

Purchased this item as I have the Impact driver, the Hackall, the Palm nailer, and 90* Angle drill. First time with Milwaukee tools and liking them.

ive had to have my drill replaced 3 times cause the ball bearing kept falling out of the chuck. and this happen all in less then 3 months. granted i was putting it to the test no denying that, but i honestly just do not feel that it held up as good as milwaukee claims. this design needs to be scrapped and completely redone ESPECIALLY the (“chuck” also a 2speed motor would have been a really nice instead of the single speed motor it has

i use my screwdriver on just about everything i can take apart and put back together. It has never failed me. this was a replacement for a Bosch.

I wanted battery operated screw driver because I was doing a rehab on my entire kitchen and dining room, and that required removing screws and replacing them on the cabinets. I did much research about the screwdrivers, and decided on the Milwaukee M12 screwdriver.Although it cost a little more, it was worth the extra cost. It is more veritable, and stronger then the others. The con is that It is a little bigger and heavier than the other screwdrivers.

This is ultra handy and truly beats carrying around a drill. At high speeds it can drill holes in most woods easily, just get the Shockwave(or any other hex) drill bits to fit.

Great tool but when I need to drill a hole I cringe. Hex shank drill bits are the worst (even the expensive ones) I just wish this had a regular chuck on it. I guess I got it as a package deal with an impact which I mostly use for screws. So many drill bits and I can’t use them with this platform. What a shame!!!!

I only wish it was a little smaller, it works great, though.

As a mechanic, I use one of these literally everyday. I use it so much that I got tired of bringing it inside on weekends and bought another just to keep in the house. the torque limiting function is great once you get a feel for it.

Great for small fasteners and hose clamps. Not a fan of the size of the chuck. I understand having a variety of tools but you’re kind of overdoing it there Milwaukee. Makes it hard to know which model is best for my needs. Bought this two days ago and then look online to see a model that is not only better for my needs, but better overall in my opinion.
