Not as quiet as the newer surge, but this sure is a fantastic tool for fastening. I’m a DIY’er with very limited skills. Tool feels heavy and solidly built. Used only once but already I felt better with decision to buy it as much easier or control than cordless drills I utilized in the past. So many stripped screws from trying to use old drills as a screwdriver. The Milwaukee screwdriver is a solid buy I highly recommend.

I’m building a 18′ high x 30′ wide x 40′ long metal ached building (Quonset Hut style). Thousands & thousands of 5/16″ buts and nuts. So far, screw gun is the perfect tool, light & easy to operate. If I don’t burn the gun up, is will be the best investment for such a large project. If it survives half the project, I’ll purchase one or two more just like it!
