i bought this for just general purpose around the house maintenance. It is probably the most powerful non-impact driver you can buy. the batter last for several hours of continuous use. I even hooked it up to a scissor jack and it was able to lift my car light as a feather. and of course, since it is not an impact, it is nearly silent.
