The Milwaukee M12 3/8 in. Drill/Driver Kit drills and fastens up to 35% faster than its competitors and is the only tool in its class that has an all-metal locking chuck. The powerful compact cordless drill driver delivers 275 in. lbs. of torque – up to 25% more torque than the competition – and 0-400/0-1,500 RPM. Its compact, lightweight and durable design offers users greater comfort and efficiency on the job site. The all-metal single-sleeve ratcheting chuck provides users with superior bit grip so users won’t have to stop for bit retightening or risk losing bits. The drill driver features an onboard LED light and fuel gauge helping users increase productivity and avoid interruptions. The REDLITHIUM Battery Pack delivers more work per charge and more work over pack life than the competitors. In addition to the compact drill driver, the kit includes two M12 REDLITHIUM batteries, a 30-minute charger and carrying case.

I purchased the Milwaukee M12 Drill since I was tired of walking out to garage to get my husbands. I read the reviews and didn’t want a real heavy drill just for household chores. It may be lighter, but power is fine. The shipping was very fast.

I bought this set while it was on sale and feel it offers a great value for your dollar. I already own multiple Milwaukee drivers, but love how compact and powerful these are, so I generally keep one in different areas of the house, shed, garage so that they are handy when the need arises. I also love that this kit comes with 2 batteries, as you can never have enough M12 batteries laying around. The saw works great and has come in handy on multiple occasions. I’ve used it to cut up a pallet into more usable pieces of wood. I’ve also used it to help cut up cardboard for recycling. We bought a new house about 2 years ago and as we bought new things for the home, the cardboard packaging from everything really started to pile up. I used this saw to break down the larger boxes and flatten everything into bundles to put out for recycling. Small jobs, medium size jobs… this is a great homeowner tool. If you work in daily construction, you’ll probably want something a little bigger and more powerful.
