Nice, light weight, I’ve used it to drill 1/4″ and 1/2″ holes so far. It has plenty of power.

The Milwaukee m12 rotary hammer is an excellent drill. Its light and easy to handle. I feel like it drills a good amount of holes on a charge although if your drilling dozens or 100s of 1/2” holes you’ll probably want to go with the bigger m18. Either way, the drill does great.

I’m a service plumber so always using anchors in concrete from tapcons to thread rod this guy is perfect .also pretty helpful with digging through tough rocky or clay dirt

Over 90% of the time that I need a hammerdrill, it is for drilling anchor holes in concrete and this tool is suited perfectly for that. This tool doesn’t drill as fast as a coorded hammerdrill, but not having a coord means time saved from not having to locate an electrical outlet and then having to untangle and roll up one or more extension coords. As an electrician, this tool is always on site when running EMT conduit and IMC.

I’ve been using another tool for my drilling and thought it was good. I now have my SDS and realize how hard I was working with my previous drill. What a game changer

Milwaukee makes great tools. This works better than a standard hammer drill

The drill works great,it would have been nice to get 2 batteries, but I have no complaints.

I used this just for drilling 1/4” holes about 3” deep to fasten bottom plates here and there. I’d say that is what it is great for. Anything bigger you’ll need more batteries on standby. Also would be great for a homeowner that just needs a few things drilled.

I bought this SDS drill to fit in small spaces to drill holes for mechanical anchors. I was very impressed with its capabilities. Only downfall was buying it in the kit. I was looking for tool only but it didn’t come in the fuel line so I had to purchase the kit

It’s great sets Hilti cement anchors easily way better then hitting pins with a hammer

I guess I was tricked into believing without reading that this one had a hammer only option but it doesn’t, just drill and hammer drill.. Still does an amazing job

Amazing for tapcons and anchors in masonry, beats lugging the monster around for small stuff.
