I am in Masonry I use this tool to dial in concrete floors at baseball stadiums. Made scraping up the rubber floor membrane very easy. I have used it to bust sidewalks in Makiki and Chinatown.

I love everything about this 12v SDS hammer drill.I was looking for a small lightweight drill with more torque than your standard hammer drill but smaller than an SDS PLUS drill. I was worried that only being 12 volts it wouldn’t have the power to do the job. I run a lot of conduit on concrete and cinder block walls as an HVAC Controls Electrician and it performs the job with ease. Milwaukee Tools just ROCK!

I use this hammer drill to make 3/8″ holes about 6″ deep in through tile and into concrete. With 6ah battery, I get longer run time than expected and the 4ah do great too. Not an M18, but darn close and much lighter and compact. Would recommend.

I’ve had this drill since 2017. it is awesome for putting I tap cons and drilling with a bit 1 “ an under. It never misses a beat. It’s a lot lighter than a M18 reducing strain when drilling over head and with one hand.

So if your comparing to a M18 Rotary hammer drill you will be disappointed. But it’s compact size gets you into tight spot the bigger one can’t. Great overall tool and battery holds up for 20 holes or so with a 3 amp battery.

Purchased this Milwaukee M12 SDS as a light duty drill for mounting panel boards and tapcon anchors for our generator installation team. This drill does exactly what we ask of it and is small, light weight, & easy to use plus lasts all day the way we use it.

My company builds pools and installs equipment on new builds. We constantly need holes drilled in concrete for sub panels. Overall this tools performs just as good as my other 18v rotary hammers. I would highly recommend buying one for yourself. My only con to the tool is that there is no ” Hammer Only” feature.

I use the M12 fuel hammer drill for small concrete anchors, tapcons and drilling out bricks and mortar for venting appliances into chimneys. The hammer drill is small and easy to use. M12 battery has no problem with the small jobs I take on.

Used this for drilling 1/2” holes completely through 8 inch solid concrete walls of a commercial building. Worked great. Used it for drilling holes for tap on screws in cinder block and it was like a hot knife to butter. Love how lightweight and small it is. Handy when at heights on a boom lift.
