The drill works well enough but detaching the battery is very difficult. I considered returning for this reason – it takes 15 + minutes to wrangle the battery out for recharging. I am a female senior so a young person might not have this problem. Still, I tried another model and didn’t have this difficulty so I believe difficulty is from cutting corners in the design.

Skip the other purchases you might make on a drill and go right to this one. Spending the extra money is worth it. This compact drill is light and durable and has an incredible battery life. Most professionals I know use this drill.
