Compact lightweight and powerful, the Milwaukee M12 12-Volt Lithium-Ion Cordless Sub-Compact Band Saw XC Kit features a band saw that cuts through small diameter materials with ease. Ideal for overhead cutting applications, this powerful tool can cut through 3/4 in. EMT in only 3 seconds and gets over 150 cuts per charge with the included M12 REDLITHIUM XC high capacity battery. Featuring a 1-5/8 in. x 1-5/8 in. cut capacity and low vibration, this saw also features a dual-latching lower guard that covers the blade outside the active cutting area, addressing OSHA guarding requirements and making this tool suitable for 1-handed use. Includes a free M12 12-Volt lithium-ion cordless compact flood light (2364-20).

This is the Porta Band saw to have for running conduit overhead. It’s lightweight and durable. Only drawback is that it doesn’t come with a clip for hanging off your bags/ladder when your on a ladder. You’ll have to “Mcguyver” up a makeshift hook or buy a utility hook and hang the handle on that.

For the price point this was at when I bought it I couldn’t be happier. Made my electrical work go twice as fast. Nice being able to cut off just a hair when you need. Can’t do that with the roller. Normally I go M18 but the compact form factor on this one Das the selling point.

Use this almost everyday at work to cut EMT electrical conduit. Works great. The included 3.0 battery last all day easily. Great tool to add to my other Milwaukee M12 line. If you have a need for this tool I highly recommend. It does have its limitations but that’s why I have a corded larger bandsaw
