The Milwaukee M12 3/8 in. 12-Volt Cordless Crown Stapler delivers a true hand tool replacement. The 2447-20 is designed to drive a range of 3/8 in. flat crown staples (1/4 in. to 9/16 in.) through an array of materials and substrates. At just 3.0 lbs. and 7.5 in. L the compact design allows for great access into tight spaces and convenient tool belt portability. An easy to squeeze trigger design significantly reduces fatigue associated with traditional hand staplers. Integrated sequential and contact actuation trigger design provides increased productivity and seamless changing between firing modes. The M12 REDLITHIUM XC extended-capacity battery delivers 4 Ah (48-Watt-hour) of run time-even in sub-zero temperatures. Each 12-Volt lithium-ion battery is laden with new-age REDLINK circuitry engineered to prevent overloads and protect against cell-damaging discharge.

I purchased two of these for use on insulation installation. It was easy to load, lightweight, and lasted through a days work. The unit will stop with a few staples left to avoid a jamb. Add more staples,and away you go.I derated the unit to 4 stars because I think it lacks the power to “sink” the staples flush. I found myself hitting a few staples in with a hammer after the fact. I wouldnt have had this issue with a hammer tack, but again, this is less effort and easier on the body so it’s a trade off. I adjusted the depth wheel to high, but it didnt seem to matter after a certain point going into standard 2x4s.Overall, it’s a useful tool and has good quality but for tyvek installation I will stick with a hammer tack stapler. Nice product, great for general use and hanging insulation.

Ive been wondering for ever should i get this cause the main use i would need it for is to run sensor wire for garage door motors but it only shoot flat staples but noticing the power nob on it i decided to try it out and sure enough and the weakest setting it did just fine didnt split one wire and with my carpel tunnel i wish i would have bought it sooner

I am very happy with this stapler. It makes getting the job done easy and well! It is as easy as aim, squeeze and reload as necessary. I just recently installed some insulation easily with this tool. It is fantastic that you can adjust the strength of the stapling to the type of material you are securing.
