This is the first 12-Volt Milwaukee tool that I purchased, everything else that I have is there 18-Volt. And I have to say I am quite impressed. I basically just purchased it for its size,

This tool is small but mighty. It is lightweight, ergonomic and can handle the toughest jobs. Very powerful and the battery lasts for a long time. Very pleased with this product.

Powerful little tool, great for lightweight work. I have 3 of them. Better with heavy duty M12 battery, can stand tool up and lasts longer. Case is very handy for holding drill bits.

Awesome tool! I work in a data center and use this as a quick pickup box for troubleshooting. This impact and a battery, a fluke 110 plus, klein 11-1, Klein 4-1 mini screwdriver, 4″ Cresent wrench, 6″ channel locks are what I got in the box with kaizen foam. It has a probably 1/4″ hole near the handle so I can lock it when going through our secured areas. Awesome box!

This Milwaukee M12 Fuel Impact Driver is the best impact driver out there, except for the newer Gen 2 Fuel version and it blows away the competition in everyway!!! *** there are plenty of pro reviews out there and they all rate this as a 5 star and “best in class” tool.Home Depot must have worked out a deal with Milwaukee to offer this special and unique Gen 1 M12 Fuel package that not only includes the battery, the charger and a very nice case, but this $200 package is listed for only $99.00 and only at Home Depot. Thanks Home Depot! I couldn’t be happier…

i got this on sale, and it is amazingly powerful for a quarter inch drive. i use it for light duty home automotive work, and it surprises me over and over . it even does lug nuts on a m12 stud. 80-100 ft lbs peak. this is the limit of this tool, however.

I bought it for my son and he is really pleased with the quality and the battery life.

I already own the brushless M18 Fuel drill and driver. I wish I had started with this, It has enough power to sink 4″ screws in pine/fur, and the battery will get you through most projects without a charge. Now I only use the M18 drill/driver for large holes or monster jobs.

Works but not strong enough to hang cabinets. I do like the slime design to get in thin spaces but overall length is the same same as dewalt.

I like this drill. I needed something with power I can use under the car in tight spots. Fits my needs at a good price. My first Milwaukee tool, maybe if things go well I’ll swap my ryobi products. I’ve only used it once and I will revise if it doesn’t last.

I bought this and the newer, upgraded model (# 2553-22-48-11-2460) during the recent online Father’s Day sale. After they both arrived, I kept one, returned the other…this was not the keeper. This particular unit appears durable, just like all of the Milwaukee M12 tools, but was limited in several ways when comparing to the upgraded model. 1. It came with only one battery2. It only has 2 speed settings. 3. It’s larger, by about an inch. 4. The grip angle is slightly different and less comfortable (important when you use it for hours at a time). For the sale price, if you already had spare M12 batteries, this wouldn’t be a bad purchase. However, here are the things I liked about the newer model. 1. It came with 2 batteries, plus a free 6 Ah battery (huge bonus). 2. It has 4 speed settings, with one specifically for self tapping screws (which I need). 3. It is shorter and more compact, which aids in use depending on the work area. 4. Grip angle was more comfortable and easier to use during longer periods. 5. The LED light has a wider view and shadows less than the older model (more of a flood vs a spot). The batteries alone made the purchase of the newer model easier to swallow. For $70 more, I got an extra 2 Ah battery and a free promo 6 Ah battery…both batteries cost more than the older tool by itself. Actual use between the two…the newer model far exceeds the older model. It was easier to hold longer, had more adjustments, better lighting and I could use it much longer with the included batteries. This older model isn’t bad, but even at the sale price it wasn’t that great if a value for the upgrades you get with the newer model.
