Very happy. This one was a replacement for the same model that was stolen. This time, I purchased two higher amp-hour batteries. Glad I did because I’m even happier with the replacement. Bigger batteries seem to provide a bit more umpf.

I got this tool to use on automotive and shop repair. It stripped out while taking off a cover over hydraulic hoses. The bolts were not that difficult to remove with my hand tools so I was surprised when it was skipping gears and stopped working. Cudos to Milwaukie for sending me a new unit. Im hoping that I got a lemon with the first one and the replacement holds up a bit better. I like the ergonomics, weight and power so Ive got my fingers crossed with the replacement. I would recommend the tool because of the customer service that stands behind the product for repair or replacement.
