Have many milwaukee tools and love them but noticed quality issues with my recent purchases. The paddle lever on my 3/8 non fuel ratchet is extremely loose where it slaps back and forth when handling the tool. That said, i will be returning it. Thanks to the HD folks for addressing my issue painlessly.

Good but weak tool. Ratcheting mechanism broke/jammed. Beware that Milwaukee require the serial number on the tool be legible or you have your original receipt if you want make a warranty claim (5 year warranty), but the serial number quickly disappears, so save your receipt or they will not honor the warranty. Fair warning. Expensive lesson learned. Treat it like a cheap Chinese knock-off tool and you should be fine. Maybe throw some shellac over the serial number so it doesn’t wear off (and save your receipt for 5 years!)
