Place the nail in the nailer an press the button to start the nailer before making contact with the wood. I am able to hold a 2×4 in my hand and drive a nail into it.

Great nailer, sized just right to nail on electrical boxes especially in tight areas and overhead.

Awesome little tool to have

Easy to use, very useful around the job site.

Bought it for a specific project, worked great. Powerful, put in nail surprisingly quick. It does take a little practice as it is easy to drive nail at the wrong angle. In awkward spots it’s helpful to tap in the nail first with a hammer, and once in position, drive it home with the palmer.

Works great

Others have already beaten the straight nail issue to death but that is the only thing I find difficult to get down. I’ve built an entire storage shed and shelves for storage and used it quite a bit and still found it difficult to drive straight nails each and every time. It’s frustrating.

Works well but can be hard to get the nail centered where you want it.

Crazy amount of power for such a small tool! Definitely a purchase I’ll never regret, cut my work time down to at least a quarter of the time.

Cool little tool works well, just not with small head nails. Need standard size common nails.Otherwise nice tool would recommend.

I gave the nailer as a gift. My son said that it worked very well. Great for areas where you do not have room to swing a hammer.

This is a special situations tool. Great for pinpoint installing brackets and hangars. It excels in areas where you cannot swing a hammer, a nail gun cant be used, or have a no miss-swing situation. Takes a bit to get to use to, but you can become quick with loading nails into it.

It is very good nailer hand, I like the force of 3 joules for hammering, LED light, and the hand strap, but it is a development model, with the potential to be perfect. The trigger would have been variable speed for total control when hammering; and could extend the range of diameter for use in smaller nails, so those who need to build wooden estrucutras detail would benefit. The absence of Fuel System is unfortunate, as some type of system to absorb vibrations. The weight and volume of the tool are in an acceptable limit, but the issue could be improved weight; since not having a vibration absorption system, the tool transmits all the hand and arm and cause muscle fatigue. Finally, no longer continue equipping the M12 System with 1.5 Ah batteries (Milwaukee 48-11-2401 M12™ REDLITHIUM™ Battery), they are not efficient in terms of time of effective use (in the case of this nailer), and should standardize the M12 System with 2.0 Ah batteries (Milwaukee 48-11-2420 M12 REDLITHIUM™ 2.0 Compact Battery Pack), as with Carrying Case for the same system, as the Contractor Bag where the tools are not offer protection shocks. It is very good tool, the cost-benefit ratio is acceptable, but lacking a little more effort to make Excellent and Indispensable.
