I own several properties and it’s amazing how useful this is. From cutting a stubborn ,rusted on sink bolt to trimming replacement casement window locks to fit. The multi tool and the rotary tool are must haves . Lots of adjustable power for close quarter detail work of fine metal cut/ shape.

We’ve only been using this for a couple weeks, but my technician that is using this thing absolutely loves it. We were using a Black & Decker rotary tool and they would last maybe 6 months. This seems to have a lot more power and won’t be working as hard. Also very pleased with the battery life

I like the versatility of the tool but the tool keeps shutting off. At first I thought the tool was draining the battery too fast but I realized it keeps shutting off because it over heats. If you stop for about 15 min and let the tool cool down, it works. The flaw seems to be in the case design not allowing the tool to cool efficiently and if you are not careful holding it, you can easily block the air vent ports and cause over heating. Hopefully Milwaukee will come out with a new version that addresses these flaws.
