The Milwaukee M12 FUEL 1/2 in. Digital Torque Wrench with ONE-KEY is the industry’s first torque wrench with a motor, delivering increased productivity, precise torque accuracy and user demanded reporting functionality. The 1/2 in. torque wrench delivers 50% faster installation time, replacing the hand tool or 2 tool installation process and providing more control to reduce the over torqueing of fasteners. The 1/2 in. digital torque wrench provides 10 ft./lbs. to 150 ft./lbs. of torque range and accuracy within 2% for torque critical fasteners. This battery powered torque wrench is equipped with Milwaukee ONE-KEY giving users the power to track, report and manage their tool. This tool will record all of the fasteners that are saved and produce a downloadable report via ONE-KEY for the necessary parties requiring the data. ONE-KEY allows users to wirelessly connect to a smartphone to customize the tool settings, track its location, manage inventory and lock the tool out for added security and protection for their investment.

WOW! That’s the response users will project with this Milwaukee M12 FUEL 1/2” Drive Digital Torque Wrench w/ ONE-KEY. The part number for this “Kit” is 2466-22. Included with the kit is a well thought out carrying case. The case contains (2) 2.0ah compact M12 batteries, M12 charger, 1/2” digital torque wrench, calibration certification & owners manual(s).This torque wrench, in my professional opinion, settles the argument between digital & traditional. Why? For a couple of reasons:1) This digital torque wrench is more than a traditional torque wrench & more than a traditional digital torque wrench. A brushless 12v M12 battery powered engine drives the head like a ratchet wrench or impact gun. This eliminates the need to manually thread fasteners or utilize manual ratcheting speeding up the process. You can even set the speed the ratchet turns the fastener. Set your target torque, pull the trigger, the tool will stop short of your target and simply rotate until the LED’s turn green. DONE! 2) ONE-KEY. ONE-KEY allows you to connect to your tool via Bluetooth. However, it’s offers so much more than simply connecting. Inventory management, tool tracking, locking out tools, tool checkout and so much more. But, what it does for this tool is quite impressive. You can record torque settings, sequences etc.. print reports & compare it to manufacturers specs on such project to satisfy your foreman, a customer or simply satisfy a file for future reference or compliance.Great tool that we will utilize daily.

The only thing about this tool is if you need to torque a bolt and nut from the bottom side. (The fastener vertical and the torque wrench on the bottom.) And back the other side with a wrench. Its long and heavy to be operated with one hand and trying to keep it from falling off the fastener. Other than that it save time and fells to be good quality with the outside being metal all the way over the battery, so you don’t have to worry about someone breaking the battery from putting there hand at the very end to torque something down.
