I haven’t been able to fully test the die grinder yet, it came with a 2.0 m12 and I need to get a 6.0 amp. It cuts out after 10 minutes of use.The ergonomics on this tool is 4/5. it is a little bulky but is still nice having it be cordless. Good for quick and hard to reach spots. It does not compare to a air powered die grinder but it could if it was a m18. I would rate this tool a 3/5 being used with the 2.0 amp m12.

I’ve used many different types and brands of die grinders and this is one of my favorite. Every other die grinder I’ve needed an air supply which isn’t always convenient, this is also a lot quieter. The only drawbacks I’ve had are overall size of the tool, it can be pretty bulky in tight places and it runs through batteries pretty quickly. It’s a great addition to my tools to get jobs done, however I don’t think it will totally replace my air versions yet.

Perfect for my hobby work and job in hvac. Clean up a surface for a gasket, knock off sharp edges on ducting or clean up some old metal for whatever reason.

Purchased this tool for everyday shop use in a motorsports shop. Great for cleaning up gasket surfaces, sanding small areas for welding. Not quite a complete replacement for air powered die grinder, but I sure don’t use my air powered half as much as I used to.
