It works well for removing gasket material. Run time on the smaller batteries is not very good though. But with either the 4ah or 6ah batteries you’ve got enough time to do a head gasket or an intake without changing batteries

Great idea, pros. I love that it is mobile, whether Im in the shop or at home; I can take it any where. Cons, I hate that after using the tool constantly; it will shut off. Not sure if its a safety feature to keep the tool from over heating. It could also weigh less and be a bit shorter in length

Great die grinder! Works well with plenty of power coming from the 12v. Batterys last quite a long time, I went thru a 4.0 and a 2.0 cutting off a lug nut on a pick up truck that took about 2hrs trying not to damage the rim. I definitely recommend!

I purchased this Right angle die grinder when it first came out, and specifically bought it for tire repairs and bead cleaning at work(automotive). Using this tool is very easy, fits in my hand very well, and it is as powerful than my pneumatic angle die grinder. The handle is big in diameter for those who have small hands, but with my gorilla hands it works well. I usually use the “2” setting which decreases the rpms and i have yet to use the highest(4) setting. The light is very helpful, especially when repairing a tire its not easy to see since the space in confined. A really nice added feature.Pros:Long battery life(with 4.0 xc)just as powerful as air tool counterparteasy to use and light is bright for dark placesCon:This doesn’t apply to me but the handle is big in diameter and if you have small handsthis tool may be uncomfortable if used for a long period.
