The MILWAUKEE M12 2-Tool Combo Kit includes the M12 3/8″ Drill/Driver (2407-20) and the M12 1/4″ Hex Impact Driver (2462-20). The powerful compact cordless drill driver delivers 275 in-lbs of torque – up to 25% more torque than the competition – and 0-400/0-1,500 RPM. The impact driver’s high-performance motor gives users 0-2,500 RPM for increased fastening speed. The innovative M12 cordless lithium-ion system is designed to provide users with the power and torque required for professional applications, in a size that allows users to reach the tightest and toughest spaces. Both compact power tools are powered by REDLITHIUM batteries, providing users with unmatched power, speed, and tool belt portability. In addition to the two cordless M12 power tools, the combo kit includes two M12 REDLITHIUM batteries, an M12 30-minute charger, and a contractor bag.

The Milwaukee M12 12- volt cordless drill & driver combo set meet my needs as a contractor/handy man. They’re light and durable, and delivers the power I need when I need it. I’m especially pleased with the Lithium-ion battery, not only does it deliver the power I need; but I don’t have to charge my batteries as frequent as I did with my other tools. They’re great tools, and especially for the price…I’m well pleased.

I purchased this tool kit last year and I must say that I am very satisfied with it. I have used these tools for various applications including some that are best suited for higher-voltage tools. I have used these tools to replace screws on a metal roof, make repairs to my chicken coop, attach drywall, assemble a scratching post, and other things. I am particularly happy with the drill driver as I have never used any 12v tools before and was unsure of its versatility. I am also happy with the impact driver although the power disparity between it and its 18v version is more noticeable than that of the drill drivers. The 1.5 amp hour batteries run and recharge for a reasonable amount of time. The tool bag is fine.

Works good for an occasional home user. I wouldn’t reccomend buying it for construction jobs only because the batteries aren’t up to the task. Otherwise, if you’re just using it at home periodically then it’s fantastic.
