Easy to use, no problems yet. I have used it for a drain snake and for drilling through mild steel and treated lumber. The only issue I have is the 2.0ah battery doesn’t last as long as I hoped it would, but that is the nature of 12v tools. If only Milwaukee would stop charging an arm and a leg for their batteries.

Milwaukee quality as expected. This kit with battery, charger, and drill was less expensive than the drill by itself! This drill is easily maneuvered with one hand in tight spots. For around-the-house fixes (and even moderate construction) this is all you need. You’re not quite at “build a fence” level but you’re definitely at “build a set of bookcases”. If you need more run time, check out the larger battery. It balances this drill well.
