This portable drill weighs just 2.3 lbs., which is great for overhead positions. It measures 6.6 in. long, helping you access tight spaces with ease. This reliable tool features REDLINK Plus Intelligence to protect it from overloading and overheating. It uses REDLITHIUM battery packs to deliver more work per charge. This power drill includes a 1/2 in. metal chuck for maximum grip and bit retention. It comes equipped with a drill driver and belt clip.

About the same width of an 18v drill.The shorter length is off the sacrifice of not having a mechanical clutch. The digital clutch is completely inconsistent. I don’t know how this passed testing. Milwaukee should either put a mechanical clutch back in or remove the clutch setting and only have drilling and hammer modes with more speed options. Clutch is painted metal which scratches easily. Clutch ratchet feels odd. Chuck is very loose, possibly poor tolerances. Drill body is about the same size as an old dewalt 760, but is 1-2in shorter.Chuck opening not deburred and is sharp enough to cut you.

This was my gift for mother’s Day! I was so excited when I opened the package and found that it was a not only a drill but a Milwaukee hammer drill!!! I am not a professional but we are remodeling our home either to sell or to increase the property value. I have been doing all the work myself and have become quite good at it. This product has made it so much easier. and the hammer drill part I mean to be able to screw into concrete without killing myself is quite a feat thank you family for giving me the best gift ever. Looking forward to my next power tool to add to my ToolBox the M18 Sawzall! Oh and the product runs great, lightweight and 2 battery packs!

I have the M12 impact and regular driver but needed a hammer drill. When I seen the M12 fuel hammer drill I was a little skeptical about the performance being that it’s only a 12volt but having a few other tools in the M12 line I figured that it wouldn’t hurt to try it out. I’m glad I did. This little drill is a beast. Definitely worth the money.
