The Milwaukee M12 FUEL Installation Drill/Driver features 4 dedicated solutions, delivering unrivaled access and control with up to 300 in./lbs. of maximum torque. 4 dedicated heads, including a 3/8 in. Chuck, Offset Driver, 1/4 in. Hex, and Right Angle, can attach in 16 different positions. This provides users with a 4-in-1 drilling and driving solution that is purposefully designed to reach challenging locations. The compact drill driver features a slim tool profile and an inline grip in the back of the tool that provides ultimate tool control and unrivaled access. The front of the tool is equipped with a magnetic bit holder that securely holds multiple bits. These unique features combine with the tool’s compact size and weight enabling users to maneuver the multi-head drill/driver for maximum versatility and best access in hard to reach places. The modular drill/driver is equipped with a POWERSTATE Brushless Motor, delivering users with 1600 RPMS and 300 in./lbs. of torque. This provides them with the necessary power for installation applications, especially in electrical, cabinet installation, MRO, HVAC, automotive, and remodel applications. The installation drill/driver features REDLINK Plus Intelligence, protecting the user’s tool from overloading or overheating. The compact cordless drill/driver is powered by the Milwaukee M12 REDLITHIUM battery packs (not included), delivering users with more run-time per charge and more work over the life of the pack.

Its a nice little drill great for small jobs. I wouldn’t use this to drive 3″ screws all day long but it has the power to do so if needed. I think they could improve on the placement of the reverse button. Its located on the top and you need to use your other hand to reverse. I feel this should be on the side for 1 hand operation. Another feature missing is an impact setting, this is just a drill. One last thing is the magnet on the front to hold tools is not very strong, this bits often fall off. If they can improve on those things it would be the perfect 12v drill.

Have only used a couple of times, but it does make putting together, in my case, an outdoor propane pyramid heater easy to do. Used all of the attachments, just to get a feel for them, able to access every screw easily even in, what would have been almost impossible to do without some of the attachments. Won’t need a of them all of the time, but nice to have when you do need them. Put one in your tool chest and the first time you use it, you’ll be glad you did.

Of all the recently purchase M12 tools ( and that’s a lot), I would highly recommend this to anyone. It feels cool, looks cool and operates cool. Long ago, I owned a Black & Decker unit that was similar by the drill chuck attachment only, but was far inferior to what Milwaukee did with it. Gets into tight spaces, has plenty of torque & rpm and feels like you are carrying 5 tools in one. Very innovative and stands out from other brands. Not to mention is Milwaukee quality. Nice job.
