Bought this to just keep in the truck so I’d have it when i needed it and didn’t have my M18 with me. Very handy. Carry case is nice. Wish it had just a hair more torque. but I’ve only encountered one application that it struggled but still finished the job.

Tired of coming at screws in a tight corner or flush up against a bulkhead or other obstacle and being 20 or more degrees off center due to the bulky design of the drill. The offset bit driver attachment easily takes care of most of these issues and wont scratch the material around it. The other interchangeable heads make for a quick swap between tools without the need to carry two or more tools with you. Also the magnetic strip on the front of the bit driver holds 6 apex bits to make swapping from your trusty No. 2 phillips bit to a torq-set, allen head, torx or other apex bit a breeze. Its got enough torque even being a 12V. However, incase oden installed the screws last time it automatically locks the drive when you release the trigger so you can give it a little bit more umph in or out. If i could change one thing about it, it’s a little loud while its spinning but the clutch is quiet. Pick your poison, its the best jack of all trades I’ve found and for under $200 you would be silly to not give it a shot. I’ve also tried the equivalent Bosch system and the pros and cons equal out if you ask me.

Once again Milwaukee comes through with another great tool! I bought it for the right angle attachments. I’ve already performed a couple of jobs where my normal m12 drill and screw gun wouldn’t have been able to reach! Well worth the money, l definitely recommend this product!

First I want to address the very common complaint about the direction switch location. It is in the correct place, the engineers placement was well thought out, it’s not a regular drill/driver so why design it as such. The top switch is at the top because it’s a C style drill, its ment to be held with the middle finger as your trigger finger, gripping the gun at the top with the pointer and thumb, like you would hold a drywall gun. When held properly it is more comfortable to change directions. A quick trigger pull will illuminate the direction the drill is in if you put it down and forget what direction its in. I feel as though other reviewers give the tool a bad name because they are either using it for tasks it’s not designed to complete, or they are using/holding it in a fashion it was not designed to be used/held. Now the case, i feel like this is a controversial subject. It mostly depends on each individual person….. if you are like me all of the plastic molded cases go straight to the pile of empty cases that came with all my other tools anyway, if it’s a bag, bags can be repurposed for other things. If you are the type that likes a plastic case and its important to you than this case is not desirable. But I personally have no gripe with the case. I have zero complaints about this tool. It’s my go to for every installation I do, from cabinets to windows and doors. Its comfortable, versatile, tough, well balanced, and has plenty of power for the tasks it is designed to do. This is a purpose built tool with well thought out ergonomics and design.

so far very happy with this unit the reason I only gave it four stars they really haven’t had the opportunity to use this tool yet overall I’m satisfied with the build quality feeling well put the gather at the top just like if you were using an impact driver and putting in a bit.

This drill is great to use and has lots of power. The different heads make it easy to get into tight spaces when installing cabinets or anything else. Very lightweight and lots of power behind it.

Better than I expected. Great internal/mechanicals. Feels solid when driving fasteners or drilling into wood or metal. The offsets chucks have been invaluable. Kudos to Milwaukee for designing a unique tool for unique applications where a regular impact or drill/driver doesn’t quite line up to do the job right. Also amazed it is a 12v for the precise torque it outputs. This is becoming my new Go-To for DIY and work.
