I just purchased this item and have not used it yet, but initial impression is very good. Seems to be a high quality power tool. Home Depot should send these review requests out a couple months after purchase to give user time to test item out.

I currently use in the professional setting as a plumber. Works well for cutting plastic pipe in clean, straight lines up to about 3 inches. More power is recommended for larger pipe. Cuts through 2×4 and 2×6 grooming walls with, but does take more time as it is only working with 12 volts instead of 18.

My friends have the M12 and love it. I use it in place of a Sawzall. It is easier to use one handed and has crazy power. I find myself taking it on every job and love it. Definitely bigger and heavier than the M12, but sometimes you need the power. Love it.
