It very big for a 12v. I didn’t expect it to be that large. Like the 12v hacksaw, it’s the 18v set up for 12v battery. Still everything they mentioned, but I’ll have to get the old 12v for my smaller detail work. Unless your scraping glue off floors I don’t see the need for the 18v, this 12v should cover it.

Used the new M12 Fuel oscillating tool on some kitchen work. Cut through laminate counter top, MDF, and 2×4 material with the included blade with no problems. Seemed plenty powerful even on the lower speeds. Used with 4.0Ah battery.

I’ve only had this since Christmas, so I haven’t had much time to do a project yet. I did take the Oscillating tool outside and used it on a maple tree stump. It cut through it quickly and cleanly. I also used it to shorten a support, and it was very smooth and fast. Batteries on my M12 tools have been amazing so far.
